Tsolmandakh Munkhuu grew up in the Mongolia. In 2005 she moved to France for studying at the Atelier Chardon Savard. Five years later she won the Audience Award at the Hyères International Fashion and Photography Festival. After this success, she founded her own brand. Her various projects are still connected to her homeland Mongolia. Again and again she gets inspired by traditional elements from the mongolian and buddhist culture. Embroidery, paintings, re-use of recovered materials, and the use of ample volumes contrast are combined in her creations.
