PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order are any orders made of items uploaded online that are not yet available in stock, whose delivery is set in the following months.
The expected delivery date is approximate and suggested by the suppliers.
DAAD-DANTONE.COM cannot be accountable for any delays, cancellations or variations made on pre-orderable items during the production stage. In case of cancellation of the article, the PRE-ORDER will be refunded. DAAD-DANTONE.COM will issue the invoice related to orders with pre-orderable items, placed by Credit Card - PayPal - Bank Transfer, the day of shipment. The shipping country provided in the order confirmation for pre-orders cannot be later modified.

As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports all DAAD-DANTONE.COM orders are shipped out of Milan, Italy WITH AN OFFICIAL INVOICE declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in Euro.
IT IS ILLEGAL TO DECLARE LOWER VALUES OR THE ITEMS AS GIFTS AS PER INTERNATIONAL IMPORT REGULATIONS: VAT EXEMPTION
Product prices that are published on the web site DAAD-DANTONE.COM reflect the actual retail price of the goods, including Italian VAT in European Union Countries, and without ANY ITALIAN (IVA) OR FOREIGN TAXES for the rest of the world.
Please be reminded that shipments destined outside of the European Community ARE SUBJECT TO IMPORT FEES (DDU Deliver Duties Unpaid) based on the Client’s home country regulations. Payment of these DDU fees is the sole responsibility of the Client.
Orders shipped outside of the European Economic Community are exempt from Italian Valued Added Tax. The order will be calculated on line LESS the Italian Value Added Tax and the final invoice will reflect this tax exemption.
Shipments to the UNITED STATES - please note: The US Government Custom’s Agency requires a Social Security Number or NON US Citizen Import Number - CBP Customs Border Protection Assigned Number. The process to obtain a CBP assigned import number generally takes 10 business days.

ALL RE-IMPORT FEES ASSESSED TO PACKAGES RETURNING TO ITALY AND THE COST OF THE RETURN SHIPMENT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ANY EVENTUAL REIMBURSEMENT.
