Md75: Luxury Handmade in Italy.

The Italian brand Md75 has a contemporary, revolutionary and avant-garde mood. Its characterized by a Gothic aesthetic inspired by Northern Europe. Color inspiration comes from the nuances of the night.

The collection is based on essential men's cold dyed and washed knit.

Clothes are made with soft fabrics, well finished and decorated with crafted handmade details.

The new-bucolic handmade in Italy:

Abruzzo is a land where time is perceived differently. There is room to breathe, allowing the mind to understand different perspectives and improve the quality of life.

Vuscichè investigates the concept of sustainable fashion through the use of available resources and hunts for the treasures of this land that must be preserved for future generations. With these resources he creates accessories and clothing, recycling typical fabrics and involving local artisans.

The historic Abruzzo bedspread returns to the Vuscichè collections. We fell in love with the fabric, the patterns, the colors and the idea of giving a second chance to the traditional covers recycling fabrics to reinterpret the timeless beauty.

Vuscichè in local dialect means 'Mixture' and that’s what we do. We mix ancient fabrics and scraps of products to give life to new garments; returning to the territory and celebrating its artisanal history, tradition and values. We collect antique blankets in different combinations, where the lighter color predominates and emphasizes the drawings of roses or angels or geometric patterns.

After retiring, we restore and then transform, trying not to miss any part of the original object. By hand, with the heart.

Tradition: The Abruzzo blanket is an authentic symbol of the culture and history of this region. Originally made with the wool of local sheep, it served to protect people from the harsh winter climate of Abruzzo. Vuscichè has chosen to keep intact the authenticity of these blankets, preserving their charm and historical value. Each blanket is carefully selected and handmade, so as to keep alive the art of local craftsmanship.

An opportunity for the local community: The project of regeneration of the blankets of Vuscichè in Abruzzo is not only promoting sustainability, but also represents an important opportunity for the local community. Through its collaboration with artisans and small businesses in Abruzzo, Vuscichè supports the local economy and helps preserve traditional skills. Each regenerated blanket is the result of craftsmanship and love for tradition, thus helping to keep alive the Abruzzo’s culture.

Instead, promoting the conservation and responsible use of original blankets could be a more sustainable approach to preserving their beauty and value.

This season, working with Pashmina scarves made by Indian weavers, the wool has been harvested from the undercoat of Kashmiri goats, to ensure a level of warmth and comfort of Cashmere, then colored with traditional techniques and hand-woven into fabrics.

Born in Tokyo, graduated at Central Saint Martins in London and The Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp, Misora Nakamori lives in Paris, the base of her namesake label.     

Misora’s roots are intrinsically Japanese, her creative freedom shaped by her formative years in London, her commitment shaped by her time in Antwerp (acquainted with radical ideas and work ethic), her spirit indubitably Parisian (a slower more ingenious creation/life balance).    

She joins forces with artisans to create individual and multifaceted handmade pieces that capture the delicacy in what is usually discarded; what is in the shadow. Embracing what is often considered “unnecessary” she finds inspiration and brings abandoned materials, factors, and thoughts into the spotlight.

She questions the construct of beauty: what you see versus what you feel versus what you know.  

Collection Strata was created for the Fall Winter 2023-2024 and it is a composition of layers: Strata of cloth, space and time.
